For CEOs, founders and sales leaders of B2B companies in India and the United States
I grow revenue for B2B companies. For the first 120 days, I am paid only from the revenue I bring in.
No retainer and no consulting fee. I rebuild your offer, open a pipeline of qualified buyers and tighten how your team closes. My commission is paid after your customer pays you.
- Consulting fee
- ₹0 / $0
- Commission
- A share of collected revenue from deals I source, agreed in advance
- When paid
- Within 15 days of your customer paying you
- Tools
- Paid by you, to the vendors, in your name
- Retainer
- Only after agreed targets are met, at a price fixed on day one
Full terms in your agreement.
Three ways to fix sales. Only one charges no fee until it works.
| Compared on | Hire a head of sales | Retain an agency | Earnpact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid before results | Salary, bonus and benefits from month one | A monthly fee from month one | No fee. Tool costs only, paid to the vendors |
| What you pay for | Time | Activity: emails, meetings, reports | Revenue you have collected |
| Time to start | Months to recruit, then a ramp | Weeks | Weeks, once terms are signed |
| Scope | What one person can cover | Often meetings only | Offer, pipeline and sales process |
| If it does not work | Months of salary, then a restart | The fees are spent | No fee owed. The tools and records stay yours |
What it means for your numbers
Change the figures to match your business. My commission comes only out of new revenue you have collected, so the only cost you carry before results is the tools.
An example, not a quote. The commission rate is agreed per engagement after the diagnostic session. Figures exclude GST and any tax withheld.

Why the arrangement works for both of us
Our incentives are the same
I earn when you earn. Every hour goes into what produces revenue, because nothing else pays me.
I choose carefully
I work only with products that already sell. Before agreeing anything I read your numbers and speak with customers you introduce me to. That is why I can carry the risk.
Every term is written down
Targets, commission, the retainer that follows and the exit terms are signed before day one. Nothing is renegotiated once results arrive.
You keep what is built
Sending domains, CRM records and the written sales process your team runs stay with your company whether or not we continue.
How an engagement runs
- Before we speakRevenue Review
About twelve minutes online. It shows where your growth is being lost.
- Week oneDiagnostic session
Ninety minutes on your numbers, customers and pipeline. You leave with a written plan either way.
- Days 1 to 120Proof period
Offer and targeting first, then pipeline running and deals coached live. A written report every week. 180 days for larger-company pilots.
- Targets metPartnership
A monthly retainer and a share of growth above your baseline, at the price agreed on day one.
Experience you can check
References from former employers and clients are shared after our first conversation.
Carried the number
Closed $5.5M in enterprise B2B sales and finished at 180% of quota. I know what a qualified buyer sounds like because I spent years finding and closing them.
Built the team
Grew a sales team from 3 to 20 people: hiring, training, setting targets and running the pipeline that kept them busy.
Built the engine
Founded a B2B sales intelligence firm that builds target lists from many data sources and live buying signals. That engine runs inside every Earnpact engagement.
Three patterns I look for first
Teams that ask for more leads usually need better-qualified ones. More volume makes the problem worse.
When only the founder or one star seller can close, the offer is usually unclear. Hiring more salespeople does not fix that.
If referrals bring in most of your customers, your sales forecast is a guess.
Who this is for
B2B companies whose product already sells but whose growth has stalled, or who want to open something new. I take on a small number each quarter and lead the work myself.
Growing companies
About 20 to 250 people · 120-day proof period
- The founder or one senior seller still wins most deals
- The sales team exists but misses target
- Pipeline depends on referrals and is hard to forecast
Established companies
Larger teams, one defined pilot · 180-day proof period
- Opening a new market, region or customer segment
- Launching a product line that needs its own pipeline
- A business unit that has stopped growing
In both cases the arrangement needs at least ten paying customers in the target market, deals that usually close within about ninety days of a first meeting (up to about six months inside a 180-day pilot), and someone with time to take the meetings I book. Industries I work in.
Not ready to talk? Start with the Revenue Review.
About thirty short questions on how customers find you, how they buy and how you deliver. It calculates the numbers most companies never see side by side and names the constraint costing you the most growth.
About 12 minutes. Private until you choose to share it.
The leaders I meet do not need more advice or another agency report. They need someone who will be accountable for the number. That is the only basis on which I work.
Questions leadership teams ask
What does it cost to start?
There is no consulting fee and no retainer for the first 120 days. You pay the software, data and email-sending tools the work needs, directly to the vendors, and you own those accounts. My only income in that period is a commission on revenue you have collected from deals I sourced.
Why would you work without a fee?
Because I only take on companies whose product already sells and whose numbers I have checked. That makes the risk worth carrying, and it lets you judge me on revenue instead of promises.
How do you decide which revenue is yours?
Every deal I source is tagged in your CRM from the first contact. Commission applies only to those deals, only to money you have actually collected, and is paid within 15 days of your customer paying you.
What happens if the targets are not met?
The engagement ends with no fee owed. Commission is due only on any sourced deals that did close and get paid. The sending domains, CRM records and processes stay with your company.
And if the targets are met?
We move to a monthly retainer plus a share of growth above your agreed baseline. Both the targets and that price are written into the agreement before day one, so nothing is renegotiated once results arrive. You can also choose not to continue.
Do you work with larger companies?
Yes, on one defined pilot: a new market, region, customer segment or product line. Pilots for larger companies usually run 180 days rather than 120, to allow for longer buying processes.
Do you work with US companies?
Yes. I work with B2B companies selling in India and in the United States, and schedule live work in US business hours.
Do you work with competitors?
No. I never work with two direct competitors at the same time.
